Senior Finance Analyst

As excellent opportunity to join a business who are a market leading Financial Services organisation. This position is a contract for 12 months as a Senior Finance Analyst and is based in near Reading. You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience in Finance Analysis, Business Partnering and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). You must have worked for another large business, ideally a Financial Services business, and have experience of working in fast paced, dynamic environment.

The role will cover management reporting including designing a new management reporting suite and working with various parts of finance to process map. You will be assisting the Head of FP&A and the Project Management Office and providing ad hoc data support and analysis. Therefore there are various internal reporting demands but also external.

You will provide support to sales and marketing and experience in this area is highly beneficial.

To be successfully selected for this role you must be a Qualified accountant with experience of working at a large business ideally a FS company. Excellent analytical/problem solving skill set with strong process orientation and you will be highly numerate with a strong attention to detail.

Other essential attributes are attention to detail and excellent time management - you will have the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality of output. Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude are a must, as well as experience of interacting and partnering with senior managers. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract paying up to £65,000.
