Interim Qualified Management Accountant - 6 month contract in Sheffield up to £37k
Your new company
This organisation based in Sheffield are looking to recruit an interim qualified management accountant. Their Finance Team provide management accounting services to various departments throughout the organisation. Due to internal structure, an interim Management Accountant is needed to join their busy team for a period of 6 months.
Your new role
You'll work with the other accountants with the production of management accounts. You will assist in the preparation of the annual budget and work closely with the budget holders. You will also work on the financial forecasts and ensure that financial support is offered throughout the process. Other duties include; journal input including month end accruals, reconciliations to Oracle and budget profiling.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within a busy finance team will lead to your success. It is essential that you hold a professional qualification (CCAB/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). You will have a strong track record in providing analysis to budget holders and be confident to meet demanding deadlines. Your strong excel skills will also help in you in this role.
