Our FTSE listed international client is about to embark on their next stage of growth to deliver further excellence. This role sits in the centre of the execution of a large and complex Transformational programme and associated change management.

Reporting into the Finance Transformation Director, the position sits as a key member of the leadership team delivering reshaped wide planning and reporting solutions, leading on all cashflow aspects. The Lead will be responsible for devising and implementing a company-wide balance sheet and cashflow planning and reporting process which is integrated with P&L forecasting.  This will cover long term and short term planning.

Under the leadership of the Finance Transformation Director, the role holder will shape the solution to this exciting programme (process, policies, application, roles and responsibilities). The role holder further will drive full adoption across the business, engaging with multiple senior stakeholders; including the Group Treasurer and Group FP&A to transform cashflow forecast accuracy and other commercial aspects.

Our client is looking for a talented problem solver, communicator and a challenger who can operate at all levels of a business. As well as possessing the prior experience in cash forecasting & reporting roles, the individual must have a strong track record in positively delivering change in a matrix organisation.
