Robertson Bell are recruiting for a truly fantastic opportunity. Our client is a leading construction group with a turnover of several hundred million pounds based in London. This well-known organisation is currency going through a significant amount of change and growth and as a result are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their fast paced and exciting team.
This is a newly created role and our client would like to give the opportunity to someone who is looking to progress their career in an organisation that promotes staff development.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the financial oversight and financial appraisals of new development opportunities. The main accountabilities will include: analysing, controlling and reviewing a portfolio of development project; update and manage the business plan, provide accurate forecasting, develop systems and reports, create and enhance financial models and tools to support the business as a whole, build rapport and challenge a range of senior staff; assist in the production of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, monthly forecasting and assist in the production of budgets.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role for a large, complex organisation. It is key that the candidate has advanced MS Excel skills and be able to interpret complex financial data. This is a great opportunity to involve yourself in the financial and strategic management of some of the country's largest developments and make a real difference.
