greenwellgleeson are recruiting for an Interim Group Reporting Manager for a leading manufacturing business in Warwickshire . Recently listed on the AIM the company has witnessed rapid growth in the UK and Internationally and is well set for both organic and acquisitive growth . You must be immediately available and able to commit to a period of 4- 5 months as a minimum .
The Group Finance Manager will work in the group finance team and add valuable resource to help manage current reporting requirements and help facilitate planned growth. They will provide much needed technical reporting skills coupled with taking ownership for the reporting of a fast growing stand alone division.
As a key member of the group finance team responsibilities include:Support preparation of the consolidated month end accountsPreparation of supplementary information pack for senior managementSupport preparation of annual statutory accounts and associated returnSupporting investor relation content and board presentationsSupporting increased divisional interactionDriving improvement in reporting process and outputsProvide support for the group budgeting and forecasting processManage R&D Credit reportingWorking capital reporting
Qualified Accountant who has trained within a top tier audit firmIn depth IFRS knowledgeExperience of working in a listed business (desirable)Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)Hands-on, with the ability to also see the bigger picture Excellent presentation and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAdvanced MS Excel user
