A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an AAT Accounting Technician from either an Accounting Practice or SME organisation who is looking to develop their all round management accounting skills, by taking on a full set of management accounts early into the role. After on boarding and induction, you will be introduced to the organisation's ways of working then you will begin immediately working on the management accounts of one of the key subsidiaries. This means you must be comfortable stepping into a management accounts preparation role. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- Production of monthly management accounts for subsidiary- Prepare accrual and prepayment schedules, posting relevant journals- Be key point of contact for information from senior management regarding your subsidiary- Ownership of process, improving things where necessary to drive efficiency.- Provide a holistic approach to the management accounts process, offering key support to senior management. If you are AAT Qualified with 12 months Accounts Practice/SME experience, this is a great opportunity for you. Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA candidates are also desirable but the key aspect of the successful candidate will be their experience at preparing management accounts.
