Accounts payable supervisor required for a 12 month maternity cover contract based in Central London. Given the temporary nature of this role, our client is looking for someone who is on a short notice period or is immediately available to start imminently.
Reporting to the group accountant, this is a busy role with supervisory responsibility. Duties are as follows:
- Entering invoices to the scanning system
- Preparation of payment runs
- Reviewing of all invoices for documentation & approval
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolving internal & external invoice queries
- Supervision of 2 members of staff
- Maintaining the filing system
- Process improvement
- Process of expenses
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly reporting
Suitable candidates will:
- Be able to start immediately
- Have experience using SUN & Excel
- Have supervisory experience
