Property Accountant

A West End Property Company are looking for an experienced Property Accountant on a temp to perm basis

Your new company
Established since the early 1900's this asset and investment management Property company are looking for an experienced Property Management Accountant to join their team in their West End head office.

Your new role
You will join a team of four and will be responsible for both service charge and client accounting. Your key responsibilities will include: Collation of annual budgets; Completion of year-end service charge accounts; Monthly and quarterly reporting; Overseeing the processing of direct recoverable; Liaise with auditors to ensure efficient completion of audit; Preparation of monthly management accounts to profit and loss stage; Quarterly VAT returns; Overseeing credit control and Timely transfer of rents collected to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have good working Knowledge of the Tramps property management system. Strong property experience covering both Commercial and Residential. You will also need strong management skills.
