Finance Analyst

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for our client, an international manufacturing business based in Andover. 

Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Financial analysis – working closely with the commercial team to develop and produce reports, essential to the company’s strategic development.
• Management accounts – part of a team which brings together the monthly management accounts, including comparison against budget and forecast.
• Reporting – challenging forecasts, budgets and statutory accounts to improve reporting standards

The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with a natural aptitude for analysis and have a hunger to learn new skills. Being a confident communicator is essential as you will gain fantastic exposure to working with senior stakeholders across the business.
