A large high street retail business based in Central London is currently in search of a Management Accountant to join ASAP for an initial 3 months, with strong potential to extend.
You will be required to prepare the full management accounts including commentary, including preparing accruals and prepayments, posting journals, producing the P&L reports and providing analysis, preparing regular balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of the fixed asset register. Occasionally, you may be required to supervise a team of three Accounts Assistants to ensure all workis accurate and completed on time.
Prior experience within retail would be advantageous, but not necessary. In addition, some supervisory experience may be useful.
