Wade Macdonald is partnering with an AIM listed business in West Berkshire who is recruiting for a Head of Finance. This exciting role is working for a prestigious business, supporting the CFO in providing insightful financial support. This role would suit a commercial minded financial profession who is able to work closely with decision makers to drive company performance.

You will be accountable for business analytic, budgeting and forecasting, providing management information and reporting and business partnering. The Head of Finance will produce the statutory accounts, tax computations and manage the audit process. You will manage a busy finance team and take ownership of the monthly forecasting and actual results.

Candidates applying for this role will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with proven experience driving improvements in both top and bottom-line performance. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to build strong working relationships.
