Interim Finance Manager
Your new company - A well-known London University is going through a period of change and is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them on an interim basis to help drive this change through the organisation.
Your new role - Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will look after a team of 5 people including Management Accountants, Payroll and Accounts Assistants. As well as delivering efficient and compliant financial information for the organisation, you will be tasked with improving processes and procedures and implementing financial regulations.
What you'll need to succeed - You will be a hands on manager who is happy to pitch in with all aspects of finance. You will have proven experience of improving processes and driving change through an organisation. Candidates with audit experience would be at an advantage as this role can be very technical. You will have strong systems experience as the current system is not being used to its full potential. Payroll experience would be useful. You will be a team player and have the energy and drive to motivate your team. You must be immediately available or on short notice.
