Finance Business Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join the commercial arm of a large UK charity. This is a commercial position with the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the commercial division in the delivery of strong performance through assessing financial performance and delivering insightful analysis.

Duties:

*Provide expert financial advice and challenge to ensure effective monitoring, evaluations and planning of revenue and expenditure.
*Assist in the development of KPI's and MI that helps monitor performance and delivery of objectives
*Monitor financial performance and analyse underlying reason for variance to budgets and forecasts, in collaboration with the Operating Team.
*Manage the month-end process to the Group reporting timetable
*Manage the accrual and provisions
*Provide Financial Analysis

Profile:

*A Qualified Accountant
*A team player with experience of multi-disciplined teams
*The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
*Able to work to tight deadlines
