Credit Controller

As an experienced Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk your job is pivotal to the organisation as you will manage the credit ledgers for a number of international customer accounts.

THE JOB:

Your main responsibilities will include: -

• Effective control of outstanding debts
• Build strong relationships by communicating over the phone and face to face with internal and external departments
• Deal with customer queries including debit notes to ensure prompt payment
• Promptly and accurately allocate payments onto the customers sales ledger
• Produce credit notes where required
• Monitor and report on overdue debt to management

Setup new customer accounts and carry out credit checks

You must have previous experience of working in a business to business credit control environment and ideally have previously allocated cash to a customer sales ledger.

Salary up to £20,000 depending on experience + bonus, 3% employer pension contribution and study support.
