Finance Assistant

Our client was founded about 3 years ago and has quickly established a unique niche. It is growing fast and works with a broad range of Luxury goods suppliers both in the UK and internationally. The now require a Finance savvy Graduate, either with a finance or accounting degree or perhaps with a years accounting or finance training,  to take day to day control of all aspects of the company's finances.

This is a really exciting time to join the business and the right candidate will get a lot of responsibility and authority -but will be supported by a qualified accountant and as you would expect in a business like this, this is a high profile role  in a very fast paced environment and will be incredibly varied and may involve some travel. 

Key responsibilities will include:-

• Looking after sales and purchases for the business, as well as credit control and payments to suppliers.
• Assisting in the production of Budgets and forecasts
• Managing and liaising with stakeholders and a variety of customers and suppliers 

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Finance degree from a good university or will have had some finance training in practice or a company and be keen to study for an accountancy qualification. You must be extremely well presented and have outstanding communication skills and be confident to take on broad based responsibilities. Salary will be commensurate with experience, study support would be provided.
