Finance Change Accountant

Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking to recruit a Qualified Accountant for a leading commercial business based in South Hampshire to act as Finance Change Lead on a number of projects.

This is a new position working within a large finance team supporting a newly created group function which deals with procurement and supply chain operations for a number of operating companies. The key focus will be to embed new systems, processes and controls to support this new function whilst maintaining a continuous improvement focus.

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience of implementing finance process and system change ideally within a larger company environment. This is a recognised branded organisation with a reputation for promoting from within.
