Operations Finance Manager

This role will offer the successful candidate visibility to the senior operational leadership team, working in a 'true business partnering' capacity providing timely and accurate analysis to aid in strategic decision making and optimise business performance. Responsible for the day to day line management and development of a small team.
Act as a key member of the Operational leadership team, acting as the finance lead on all strategic initiatives regarding optimising performance increasing profitability.
Cost analysis and reporting - highlighting opportunities to improve business performance through efficiency gains..
Leading the team to deliver high quality and accurate Management Information upon which key business decisions will be made.
Full ownership of budgeting and forecasting process.
Leading on all investment appraisal analysis.
Continuous improvement of processes and projects in line with wider business initiatives.
Finance representative in all Operational Leadership meetings - preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level operational stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with a proven track record of business partnering with the operations function within a large complex organisation.
Advanced level Excel skills are essential. Up to Macro Level.
