I am currently recruiting for a well recognised hotel group based in Birmingham City Centre. This hotel group now requires a Financial Controller to take charge of the finance team at one of their largest hotels based in Birmingham.
My client is looking for someone who has a large amount of hotel experience, either looking for their next step up or simply looking for a change / new challenge
Ideally you will;
Have a large amount of experience working within a similar position at a company that either looks after an individual property or properties
Have excellent commercial awareness with the ability to identify any areas where cuts can be made to maximise profits
Be able to manage and develop a small team, being the first point of contact for all queries and problems
Have outstanding communication skills being able to communicate throughout all areas of the company from operations staff to executive stakeholders
