Finance ManagerExperis are currently recruiting a finance manager for a market leading manufacturing business based in North Bristol. This is a challenging role supporting and developing a team of commercial accountants to support continued business growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop existing commercial finance team
- Promote continuous development and process improvement
- Stakeholder management and business partnering
- Support the business as part of the senior management team
You will have the following experience:
- Strong management accounts and commercial accounting background
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience leading and developing teams from PQ to Qualified
Within this role you will be leading a high functioning finance team supporting the business nationally to ensure performance and profitability.
