Finance Business Partner needed to join an International FMCG Business in South Yorkshire

My client is a leading business within the FMCG industry. They are part of a wider international group of businesses.

Description

The roles key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries;
• providing a support service by working with all departments and the key senior stakeholders to help make financial decisions;
• ensuring spending is kept in line with the budget;
• reducing costs and suggesting new processes where applicable;
• informing key strategic decisions and formulating business strategies;
• advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions;
• analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts;
• negotiating on major projects, loans and grants;
• offering professional judgement on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance;
• interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers;
• liaising with other function managers to put the finances and accounts in context;
• monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed;
• must be able to add value across the business and liaise with key stakeholders

Profile

• The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
• They will have strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
• They will be keen to further their career within an challenging and progressive business
• They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• They will have strong commercial awareness

Job Offer

Very Competitive Salary and Pacakage.

Salary ranges from £40,000,to £50,000 depending on experience
