We are currently recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Finance Business Partner for our client based in Cambridge.
You will be Qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA accountant or equivalent and have strong financial planning and analysis experience including for example acquisitions and product development
You will support the Finance Business Manager in delivering expert financial planning and analysis to work with and advice the Senior Management Team, Boards, and the wider organisation, supporting decision making and strategy across the organisation.
This position will form part of the Business Support team within Finance, reporting into the Finance Business Manager. The role has no direct reports and therefore carries with it considerable autonomy and requires close co-operation with other members of the Business Support team and other stakeholders across the organisation.
The core responsibilities are consistent with all levels of roles within the team but the candidate for this role will be expected to apply their expertise to more complex areas of the business and support the Finance Business Manager in the development of the function. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, will be comfortable managing a number of diverse projects, work proactively, make recommendations and will be able to act as an effective representative of the finance function in its interaction with the wider business.
