Global Business Partner
I am currently recruiting a business partner for a FTSE technology business based in the city. As a global business going through a fast period of growth, this is a great opportunity to join and make a real impact as a partner to the Vice President of the Global business area. You will be responsible for reporting, analysis and performance management - forming strong relationships with senior management coupled with leading analysis on revenue drivers. You will also develop and implement reporting of operating metrics that drive financial performance. You will be finalising and operationalising the budget and creating a clear road map to the business each month on how the full year results will be delivered. You will also partner closely with Sales Operations to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate and consistent with financial forecasts. Ensure sales fully buy into revenue forecasts and budgets coupled with being a part of the Business Line leadership teams and act as the primary point of contact for all financial and accounting matters - Performs due diligence efforts on M&A activities and identification of key risks and actions needed post-acquisition. - This role will suit a technically excellent, qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA individual to join the team. You will be an organized, hardworking, friendly and confident individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to fit into the company culture. You will have proven experience as a business partner to a global organisation. Previous experience of working in technology would be advantageous.
