An established business with a strong local presence and a focus on providing an excellent level of service is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join them in the job role of Finance Manager.
Your new role
A diverse role overseeing the daily finance function and management of a transactional team, key responsibilities will include detailed monthly management accounts preparation; KPI review and reporting; sales analysis and reporting; quarterly VAT return submission; fixed asset register maintenance; and year end accounts preparation and liaison with external accountants/auditors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified or qualified by experience with a track record in working within a varied role of this nature. An ability to communicate with non-finance and finance staff across the business will be essential, combined with a confident approach to new systems. ERP systems knowledge combined with Intermediate Excel will be an advantage.
