FP&A Manager

A rapidly growing international pharmaceutical business is seeking a dynamic and hands on FP&A Manager to join the organisation as it continues its exciting international expansion. The business has delivered consistently rapid growth over the past 5 years which has been achieved through the development of exciting innovations within its field.

Reporting into the Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and implementation of key financial and commercial models across the region and be fully responsible for the maintenance of these models
• Business partnering senior stakeholders across a variety of functions to create genuine value add analysis of produce and contract performance
• Driving the forecasting and budgeting processes and providing essential ad-hoc support on projects for the senior management team
• Identifying and actively pursuing continuous process improvement opportunities

You will be an ambitious and emotionally intelligent qualified accountant. You will have demonstrable experience of business partnering across a variety of functions and have significant hands on financial modelling experience.
