Interim EMEA Finance Shared Service (SSC) BPO Contract Manager
As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” investor & real estate services to an international client portfolio. A high profile, complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, following a merger of two large businesses, has created a high profile interim assignment for a EMEA Finance Shared Service BPO Contract Manager with extensive experience of business process outsourcing & related commercial SLA policy & compliance expertise, gained within a global environment. Acting as a key member of the Finance Executive team, you will be responsible for driving the financial vision of the newly created BPO Finance Shared Service (SSC) enterprise. A broad brief includes:
•Leading & delivering the BPO policy & compliance engagement with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to maintain service delivery against agreed service level agreements (SLA)
•Partnering & ensuring the achievement of continuous improvement projects against SLAs, working closely with third party providers & Global Process Owners (GPO)
•Deliver proactive resolution of issues, escalations or contract disputes
•Supporting the EMEA CFO in the acquisition, disposal & integration of future finance processes
•Overseeing EMEA operations for BPO to ensure that the needs of the finance community are met
•Business partnering with Global Process Owners to develop & improve financial processes
•Continuously challenge & highlight recommendations to improve operations, utilising knowledge of market trends & industry dynamics
•Reviewing potential cost saving initiatives within the retained function
•Governance management of change control, technology initiatives & improvement projects
As an experienced EMEA Finance Shared Service (SSC) BPO Contract Manager with a significant track record of managing large global contracts with outsourcing providers and a change control understanding of all aspects of the contracting process, you will demonstrate proven ability as a Finance Shared Service or BPO Lead within an international/EMEA business in implementing delivery & process improvement methodologies. The role demands strong leadership and risk management skills, critical thinking and analysis and the ability to build robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
