Your new role
A great Finance Business Partner opportunity for a £60m turnover Property business in central London has arisen. The purpose of the job is to set up and build the commercial team, initially supervising 2 from the transactional team. There is lots of opportunity to get involved with bids, tenders and partnering across the wider business

Key responsibilities include:

• To lead the management accounting and reporting processes
• To analyse the month end financial position, investigate variances and make appropriate adjustments if necessary
• To provide monthly financial reporting summarising the financial performance
• Support other members of the Finance and Resources Team with ad-hoc projects. To include bringing together financial and activity information.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA and have a commercial mind-set. You must have the ability to integrate financial data to support business decision making and have the ability to implement & manage change & achieve results within this environment
