A leading entertainment brand are currently recruiting for a progressive part qualified Management Accountant to join their business on a permanent basis.
The key responsibilities include:
* Support the management reporting on a weekly and monthly basis,including completion of weekly commercial trackers.
* Assist the Finance Manager in the consolidation of accounts and preparation of the Board Reports.
* Month end management accounts preparation including - journal entry, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of variances
* Specifically, prepare the App revenue lines of the month end P&L, including associated reporting.
* Manage and report on group intercompany transactions across the business.
* Allocate invoices correctly, liaising with external suppliers and customers where necessary.
* Liaison with Director level Management
* Adopt a business partnering approach when interacting with key stakeholders, providing ad hoc analysis to support decision making.
* Support the production of annual budgets and forecasts as required.
* Support the preparation of the Annual Statutory Accounts, VAT returns and audit liaison.
* Ad-hoc duties within management accounts team as and when required.
* Provide back up and deputise for the Finance Manager where required.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent academics
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Intermediate excel skills
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified
- Multi currency experience
