Our Client, a Global Management Consultancy, has seen considerable success within their Pensions practice and as a result are looking to recruit a number of Senior Associates to join the team. The team works with FTSE 250 clients and advises them on the development of effective Pension Scheme Governance and Administration activities. As a Senior Associate you will be a true expert in your field with a deep seated knowledge of the pensions’ industry – you will act as a trusted advisor to your client and be able to take an analytical and problem solving approach to support your advice. You will work with clients on large scale change programmes around their Pension provision – ensuring they are cost effective and reflect the regulatory and legislative environment. You will be comfortable working in a project environment and be able to provide advice around outsourcing, TOM design, software selection and implementation, governance and risk management etc. To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate deep technical knowledge around pensions as well as exceptional client-facing ability. You will have experience of leading on change projects and leading project teams. You will be PMI qualified or part qualified and ideally be working towards or have completed Prince 2.
