Management Accountant /Business Analyst

Ambitious Part Qualified Business Analyst for Hertfordshire based leisure Group

Market leading international Hospitality/Leisure group urgently require an ambitious part qualified accountant to join their dynamic FP & A team . This is a very sophisticated multi-site operation and the objective of the role is to support the profitable growth of the organisation by providing insightful reporting,analysis and decision making support to the key stakeholders across the business.These are primarily operations teams covering over 200 UK locations.Specific duties will involve:
The creation and role out of corporate business plans, budgets, targets and margin optimisation for each cost centre.
Development and improvement of reports and procedures that support weekly and periodic financial reporting cycles
Presentation of results and interpretation of financial information effectively to both Finance and operational staff.
Monthly analysis and reporting on Key Performance Indicators and regional performance against budget
Ad-hoc project and analysis work to support business critical projects relating to IT , HR ,Operations or Marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute part qualified accountant wishing to develop their career within a dynamic fast moving environment and the ideal candidate should have :
A good degree and Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA .
Excellent communication /interpersonal skills
Previous Financial /Business analysis experience gained from a large multi-site retail or leisure organisation
Advanced Excel software skills
Confident presentation skills,lateral thinking and strong influencing skills
