A varied role for a Payroll and Benefits Advisor for a growing company based in Sussex paying up to £30,000.
Your new company
You will be working for our Blue Chip client who are growing incredibly fast are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join the team paying up to £30,000 per annum.
Your new role
You will be playing a key role within the team in administering both solid payroll and benefits duties. You will be doing RTI requirements, Auto-Enrolment, assisting in year end procedures including P60 and P11Ds, reconciling and paying pension payments and recommending changes to improve the administration of the benefits scheme.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have had previous experience with payroll and benefits, excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during difficult situations.
