Senior Accounts Payable Clerk

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk has opened up at a Sports and Leisure Business based in South-West London. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will mange a team of 2 within the Accounts Payable team.

Responsibilities:

• Match and file invoices to goods received notes and purchase order
• Obtain authorisation for payments from line management
• Arrange payments through BACS and Chaps
• Managing two members of staff
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Ad hoc general duties

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact with senior colleagues
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience of Agresso is advantageous
