Qualified Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for a central Birmingham client.

Based in central Birmingham this company is in the support services sector. Based in lovely refurbished offices in the city centre this company are experiencing an exciting period of growth and change.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Head of FP & A will provide financial, commercial and strategic support to the Executive team.You will ensure the financial accuracy of the accounts and help the organisation achieve commercial success.Duties will include monthly financial analysis of operational results, forecasting and budgeting. The role will support new projects including building new models for new contracts and business cases.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to business partner with various parts of the company. You will have strong influencing and change management skills. Prior experience working as a FP & A or Business/Financial Analyst is expected.
