A FTSE 100 consumer business is currently recruiting for an Internal Auditor. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Accountant looking for their first move into industry. The company offer great career progression within the business including opportunities to work in more mainstream accounting roles further down the line.
Reporting into the Internal Audit Manager your main responsibilities would include perform audit reviews; assess the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures and controls; present audit findings and make recommendations to management; monitor the implementation of audit recommendations; perform ad-hoc project work;
The successful candidate would be a newly qualified accountant with previous internal/external audit experience. Ideally, experience of having audited a manufacturing business would be ideal.
