Senior Management Accountant

Our client, a dynamic organisation known for retaining and rewarding top talent, is looking to source a confident and ambitious Senior Management Accountant to join its team. The role will report to a Finance Business Partner and work closely with Sales & Operations to coordinate financial information that in turn supports decision making and improves transparency across the business.

Main duties include:

* Producing value-adding reports for management team; Actuals, Forecasts and Variances with P&L
* Outlining risks and opportunities
* Analysing KPIs and identifying trends
* Headcount and cost analysis
* Producing CAPEX and cash flow reports
* Revenue analysis
* Managing and developing a small team responsible for your specific business area
* Assisting with process improvement and implementation of new procedures

Key skills and qualification required:

* ACCA/CIMA finalist or newly qualified
* Strong academic background
* Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-past, commercial environment
* Confident, credible and professional demeanour
* Demonstrates initiative and a flexible approach to work
* Ability to build relationships at all levels and with non-finance stakeholders
