Business Financial Controller

A role has arisen for a growing division of this FMCG brand as Financial Controller, reporting to an FD who is widely regarded as one of the rising stars in the Yorkshire region. It is a truly sought after employer and has a strong reputation of employee welfare and development. The role as Financial Controller will work closely with the Finance Director of a division that constitutes nearly 50% of the overall group turnover. You will be part of the senior management team and take the lead in all aspects of management reporting, business performance reporting, performance and profitability analysis, profit monitoring and projection, short term and long term strategic planning, development of business controls and processes including taking the lead on a new ERP Implementation and development and coaching of the finance team. You must be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with commercial acumen and experience of working in a similar role, with exposure within an FMCG or Manufacturing business a big plus however not essential. Experience of managing a team is a must as well as exposure in developing/implementing an ERP system.
