A growing Leeds based business are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their head office finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growth and innovative business with a forward thinking approach. The ideal candidate will be bright and engaging with a proactive attitude.

Working within a Finance team of 14 and reporting directly into the Accounts Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring all invoices are processed for payment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment. 

Duties include: 
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing supplier invoices for payment
• Account reconciliations 
• Reviewing supplier invoices on company accounting software
• Dealing with any queries 
• Ad hoc duties 

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, have a proactive approach to work and will be an effective communicator.


Strong excel skills are essential (Pivot tables and V-Lookups)
