Qualified Finance Business Partner required a growing manufacturing company.
Your new company
A niche manufacturing business, this is the UK Arm of a multinational company with offices and bases across 80 locations. The company have a long and distinguished history and are market leaders within their field.
Your new role
You will report to the UK CFO and Managing Director with 3 direct reports. The main purpose of the role is to manage and own the reporting of 2 legal entities. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of key objectives and will provide analytical information and quantify the impact of action plans and targets. You will support the UK MD and CFO to review trends and forecasts. You will also be the financial lead on new business projects. You will be a key stakeholder within finance to the wider business and will perform cost variance analysis and suggest corrective actions if projects need review.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Commercial Accountant with a proven track record working as a Finance Business Partner. You will have managed key projects from a finance perspective and will have a strong level of stakeholder management and influencing skills. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills and the ability to work independently using their own initiative.
