This is a great opportunity to work for a FTSE100 organisation as a Finance Analyst working within a high calibre team. You will have a Finance background, not necessarily studying, you will however have some knowledge and experience of Finance in an Analytical role to enable you to understand the implications and rational for the area you will be responsible for.
The role
To ensure accuracy and business integrity of incentive schemes from a Finance perspective and liaising with broader Finance community.
You will have previous experience of budgeting and forecasting to enable you have an understanding and rationale of the implications on the business.
Generate and deliver reconciliations, including; accruals, prepayments, payments to reports, ensure all bonus payments supported with necessary information.
Analyse and calculate bonus and commissions data in line with policy, working closely with HR.
Develop, monitor and communicate reports for incentive, bonus and commissions schemes.
Proactively identify and challenge changes and implications for payments and make recommendations.
Drive consistency and develop scorecards to clearly demonstrate performance and achievements.
Ad-hoc modelling.

The candidate
Confident, driven and someone who is used to challenging the norm.
Finance and analytical background, not necessarily studying towards an Accountancy Qualification.
Previously worked with multiple streams of information.
Intermediate to Advanced excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Takes ownership and responsibility, strives for best practice, consistency and high quality.
