Assistant Accountant

Macildowie Finance are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant based in Nottingham. My client are a £15m turnover manufacturing business with an impressive growth plan supported by years of successful trading previously.

My client boast modern offices with a New York City studio apartment feel, think 'Friends' with desks and computers! You will be working alongside around 50 of the best and brightest individuals in the sector and reporting into a Financial Controller with 20 years of tenure within the business with a clear view to take the business positively into the future.

The role is paying £20-25k and offering full study support.

Duties Include:

- Assistance with Ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Assistance with Forecast and Budget
- Analysis and reporting
- Ad-Hoc duties as required

The role is an opportunity for a Junior Accountant to get some real hands on experience with small company accounts and some great exposure within an up and coming business.
