Head of Fee Services, Customer Accounts and Allocation
Chesterfield, Derbyshire
From £33,700 to £41,800 (dependent on experience) plus potential 10% bonus and pension
We have a brand new role based at our Chesterfield site as Head of Fee Services, Customer Accounts and Allocation.
About the role
With 3 direct reports and overall responsibility for a team of 54 people, this is an exciting opportunity to add value and drive positive change within the business unit. Managing resource across three teams, you’ll manage customer accounts, collect revenue for fee related products, and allocate funds to customer accounts.
You’ll deliver key scorecard measures and work to agreed service level standards. Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience and Revenue Protection to support the delivery of business goals, you will create a positive environment, shaping team culture and finding innovative solutions for efficiency and performance.
About you
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who can hit the ground running. Your resilience and tact will allow you to challenge others and deliver difficult messages where required. A strong demonstrable track record of leadership and driving efficiency is vital.
While a financial background is a distinct advantage, it is not essential. It is your ability to lead, inspire and motivate others that will set you apart from the crowd.
You must be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft packages. Additional experience with accountancy packages would be advantageous (eg. SAP).
While based in Chesterfield, occasional travel to Bolton and London will be required.
