Finance Business Partner

Your new company:
Large not for profit organisation with an income of approximately £80m. The organisation is currently undergoing a major transformation project and they are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to work with budget holders on this £20m project as well as other upcoming projects.

Your new role:
You will provide a dedicated end to end finance business partnering service to budget holders and senior management. You will provide high quality financial information and analysis. You will work with budget holders to ensure their performance against budget is understood. You will lead on producing financial modelling which feeds into the development of the long term financial strategy. You will also lead the monthly management account production for the directorate you will partner with.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of completing management accounts. This job will include a large amount of liaising with budget holders and attending meetings therefore it is important that the postholder has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate for this job will have a commercial outlook, ideally demonstrated within a private sector role.
