Senior Management Accountant

I am working with my client exclusively to find a great Senior Management Accountant for this manufacturing company in Nottinghamshire. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead the management accounting team for this large multi site organisation.

You will look at the performance of the company through periodic reporting processes, rolling forecast, reviewing commercial, operational and overhead controls. This is your opportunity to review current management accounting systems and streamline them, make things more efficient, be part of the senior team to improve reporting. At month end, you will contribute to an efficient and robust month end process. There are group requirements including liaising with non finance departments, internal and external auditors so if you feel you have excellent communications skills, why not highlight them in this role. The team is busy and energetic and you will be a strong person to recruit, lead and motivate your direct reports and look for areas to improve.

You will have worked in large manufacturing environments and you will hold an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
