Key Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with Business Development team
- Create and develop business packs - providing financial analysis and making suggestions where relevant
- Production of management accounts
- Develop client profitability reporting
- Proactively drive reporting and development of accounting systems
Skills and Requirements
- MUST BE QUALIFIED - accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- MUST have qualified 2012 no later
- Experience P&L/Consolidations/Cash flow balance sheets
- Experience working within property is desirable but not essential
- Ability to build and develop rapport across a wide variety of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
