Finance Manager

PART-TIME - A hands on qualified accountant is needed for a small firm in Pangbourne for 3 days a week

Your new company
A small publishing firm based in Pangbourne (RG8)

Your new role will involve the following duties:-
Management of the finance function
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
Maintenance of accounting records
Preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheets
Timely production of internal financial reports
Financial modelling and analysis
Cash management
Assisting with the commercial aspects of the business
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are in place and maintained
Payroll
Dealing with deferred revenue calculations and revenue recognition
Invoicing in multi currencies and credit control
Vat returns
Additional ad hoc tasks that I will need help with:
Assistance with setting up Auto enrolment pension
EMI Share option scheme for 2 staff members (early 2017)

What you'll need to succeed
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is ESSENTIAL
Good IT skills
