Divisional CFO

Our client, a leading European food group, is recruiting a Divisional CFO. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for leading the finance function of a major division.

Key responsibilities include: Business partnering the leadership team to deliver customer growth and margin management in line with the strategic plan; Working closely with key commercial and operational stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of underlying performance; Supporting and leading key organic growth initiatives, M&A activity and integration; Developing commercial finance support through training and leadership and working with cross functional teams to implement best practice across the business.

To apply, you must have a proven record in senior finance leadership roles in the food manufacturing sector, preferably with an international group. You will be ambitious, able to demonstrate business partnering capability at board level and influence commercial leaders to drive performance and shape strategy. You will have a solution focussed management style, the ability to deliver clear, insightful analysis and the potential to develop within finance or wider commercial roles across the business.
