Finance Business Partner

My client, a leading FMCG organisation based in Greater Manchester are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Supporting the Group Finance team in establishing and providing the business and stakeholders with accurate, timely, robust and informative management information. - Provide insight and advise on improving business performance against key KPIs. - Facilitate the production of annual budgets, regular re-forecasts and weekly estimates in line with and to maintain a robust framework of financial control - Work as a member of the Business Partnering team to help develop the medium and long term business plans including appropriate performance targets and metrics - Assist stakeholders with understanding the financial implications of all business decisions through the production of ad hoc analysis, modelling and ongoing tracking of business performance - Develop relationships internally to generate a more collaborative approach to decision making. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with excellent communication skills, offering demonstrable experience of working cross functionally.
