Interim Group Consolidations Systems Manager
Our FTSE100 client require an Interim Group Consolidations Systems Manager for 3-6 months, based in Buckinghamshire. You will report directly into the Group Financial Controller and be required to assist the company whilst they undertake a new consolidation system implementation which is due to go live in early 2017. The client will be transitioning from Hyperion as their consolidation system onto a 2nd tier system which has greater links with their ERP system. You will therefore be responsible for resolving any issues which arose during initial user acceptance testing, and then performing further tests where necessary. You will be required to check the data migration ensuring the new financial data input is aligned with historic data, as well as ensure all reports, both historic and current, are signed off to ensure the system is accurate and robust in line with the go-live timeframe. You will lead developing and communicating a strategy for the system implementation which the finance and IT team understand and are on-board with.
The client will require an immediate start and favours individuals with strong project management skills, who are qualified accountants and have experience of working in a group head office and have been part of or led a system implementation.
