Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Head of FP&A role for a Media business based in Central London. Reporting into the Finance Director the Head of FP&A will lead a Finance Business Support team and ensure the business understands it's financial performance.

The Head of FP&A will develop reporting and analytical tools which will enable improved decision making whilst developing relationships across the business to improve finance's influence.

They will work closely with the Sales Directors and Managing Directors across the business to review financial performance and will play a key role in the businesses overall financial performance.

As Head of FP&A this role will co-ordinate the annual budget process and develop and maintain a 3 year plan model and whilst developing schedules to enable the budget and forecast process.

They will take the lead in the analysis of the Groups numbers using business partner knowledge and insight as required.

This is a high profile role with a succession plan in place and as such requires an ACA / CIMA Qualified with an excellent academic pedigree and significant post-qualification experience. They will have excellent analytical skills and proven experience of working and influencing senior management coupled with the ability to build relationships quickly

Experience gained within a fast-moving commercial environment is essential
