We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor on a permanent basis to join a rapidly expanding business in Haywards Heath. This exciting opportunity will be reporting into the Team Manager, provide day to day support to the finance department and implement tight Purchase and Sales Ledger data management. This role does not have any people management duties but you will be managing ledger entry across the business.

Duties will include:
• Maintain the general ledger (80% Purchase/20% Sales)
• Prepare and process ledger month end invoices
• Prepare debtor lists
• Support the team manager
• Prepare ledger reconciliation’s
• Invoice sign off
• Price checking and coding
• Supplier payments
• Timely collection of debt
• Weekly debt analysis and reporting
• Clear down old balances
• Resolve debt queries
• Manage 3rd party relationships
• Maintain accurate remittance process
• Implement new procedures as and when required

You must have
• Excellent Excel & Access Dimensions knowledge
• Previous sales ledger/credit control experience
• Multi-Currency experience
• High volume data entry experience
• Excellent communication skills
