Finance Manager

The Consultancy Group are currently working with a fast-growth Multi-Site business based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead the reporting activities for the trading business. This newly created role will report into the Head of Finance and take responsibility for Statutory Reporting whilst ensuring there are effective controls around the operational finance activities.

The Finance Manager will deputise for the Head of Finance when required, improving financial processes, procedures and systems and liaising closely with the Board. The Finance Manager will manage all Financial Accounting information ensuring it is accurate and produced to agreed deadlines whilst preparing the Group's interim and published statutory accounts under IFRS. The Finance Manager will oversee balance sheet reconciliations and control and ensure all source documentation is authorized in line with current controls. They will ensure integrity of all bank accounts and cash balances whilst working with business leaders to ensure adherence to all financial controls across the business.

The Head of Finance is specifically looking for a recently qualified ACA who is looking to make their first move into industry. They will have excellent academics and have the ambition and desire to progress quickly within a fast-moving and fast growth consumer lead environment.
